Award-winning patissier chef Tamara Jane has worked throughout Europe, America and Australasia. Her designer cupcake business called Tempt is found in Wellington, New Zealand. Divine Cupcakes, her first book with New Holland, was published in 2009 and is now in its fifth reprint. Tamara followed this with Celebration Cupcakes in 2011, which reprinted the same year. She is married with three children. Devin Hart works as a freelance photographer with experience in food, commercial and wedding photography. He photographs on commission for Getty Images. Food photography has been his focus for the past three years, and his work appears regularly in New Zealand magazines. He has photographed four cookbooks and Decadent Gluten-free Treats is his third publication with New Holland.
